POINTS AGAINST YOUR LICENSE FOR A WET/DRY RECKLESS AND DUI

If a person is convicted of a dry or wet reckless or a DUI, the conviction is worth two points.  In addition, an accident in which the driver is deemed to be at fault is one point.  A “hit and run” conviction is two points.  A conviction for driving on an alcohol related suspended license is two points.
